Toshio Suda,研究員,中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院特聘教授,博士研究生導(dǎo)師。曾獲得美國血液學(xué)年會(huì)(ASH)E. Donnall Thomas Lecture and Prize,獲國家海外引進(jìn)高層次領(lǐng)軍人才稱號(hào)。曾任國際實(shí)驗(yàn)血液學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)的主席,現(xiàn)任其會(huì)刊Exp Hematol的主編,眾多國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊編輯委員會(huì)委員。獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金國際合作,中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)與健康創(chuàng)新工程醫(yī)學(xué)健康領(lǐng)軍科技人才等項(xiàng)目資助。
      院校引進(jìn)人才,2024年加入院校,曾在新加坡國立大學(xué)癌癥研究所任高級(jí)首席研究員。
長期從事造血干細(xì)胞調(diào)控及癌癥代謝調(diào)控的研究。過往研究工作涵蓋了造血干細(xì)胞的純化、造血過程中細(xì)胞因子信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的識(shí)別,以及骨髓中造血干細(xì)胞微環(huán)境的特征描述。確定了造血干細(xì)胞的骨內(nèi)膜微環(huán)境(《細(xì)胞》,2004 年),開創(chuàng)了氧化應(yīng)激與干細(xì)胞衰老這一全新研究領(lǐng)域(《自然》,2004 年;《自然醫(yī)學(xué)》,2006 年)。目標(biāo)是將團(tuán)隊(duì)的研究成果轉(zhuǎn)化到臨床應(yīng)用中,開發(fā)針對(duì)干細(xì)胞微環(huán)境的癌癥療法,為干細(xì)胞移植以及血液系統(tǒng)疾病的治療做出貢獻(xiàn)。
