長期從事藥物載體材料和先進遞釋系統研究;承擔國家重點研發計劃課題等20余項國家和省部級科研課題,在Science Translational Medicine等雜志發表論文100余篇,H指數70,4次入選高被引科學家。主編專著1部,參編3部。培養博士、碩士、博士后30余名。擔任Smart Materials in Medicine和VIEW副主編,Journal of Controlled Release、Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences和Chinese Chemical Letters編委。
