個人簡介

戴均貴,1969年生,籍貫湖北浠水,藥物研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,研究方向為天然藥物合成生物學(xué)。1987年考入華中師范大學(xué)生物學(xué)專業(yè),1991年獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;1993年在華中師范大學(xué)植物學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位;1996年在中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)生藥學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀博士學(xué)位,從事天然藥物生物合成研究。1999、2001年分別進入北京大學(xué)藥學(xué)院、日本新瀉大學(xué)化學(xué)系(JSPS)進行博士后研究工作,主要從事天然藥物生物合成與生物催化研究。2004年為副研究員,2007年晉升為研究員。


主要研究內(nèi)容

針對天然藥物面臨的資源匱乏、成藥性不足等關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題,開展重要珍稀藥用天然產(chǎn)物的生物合成與分子創(chuàng)新研究,揭示天然藥物生物合成規(guī)律并重構(gòu)生物合成途徑,并實現(xiàn)可設(shè)計性、高效分子創(chuàng)新。
