張宏冰,1962年生,籍貫湖北,腫瘤生物學(xué)家,基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1978年考入三峽大學(xué)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè),1982年獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。1985年在華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院外科專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事心血管病研究。1990年在賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院病理學(xué)專業(yè)攻讀博士學(xué)位,從事腫瘤研究。1998年進(jìn)入NIH、哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院Brigham & Women’s 醫(yī)院、DFCI研究所進(jìn)行博士后研究工作,2004-2005年為講師,主要研究腫瘤的發(fā)生機(jī)制與治療。自2006年為中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)研究所-北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院基礎(chǔ)學(xué)院教授。
從結(jié)節(jié)性硬化癥、心肌病等罕見(jiàn)疾病到肝癌等常見(jiàn)疾病,探索雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)通路調(diào)節(jié)與疾病發(fā)生的機(jī)制和靶向治療。針對(duì)疑難重癥及罕見(jiàn)病,用mTOR抑制劑雷帕霉素(西羅莫司)老藥新用開展多項(xiàng)臨床試驗(yàn)。
