黃超蘭,教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。曾獲北京市HiCOOL國(guó)際大獎(jiǎng)賽二等獎(jiǎng)(醫(yī)藥組第一名),國(guó)際HUPO“臨床轉(zhuǎn)化蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)”,北京市“海英人才獎(jiǎng)”。獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)原創(chuàng)基金、科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)等多個(gè)項(xiàng)目資助。
      院校引進(jìn)人才,2022年加入院校。曾于2005年在美國(guó)斯克里普斯研究所從事博士后研究,隨后獲聘為研究所長(zhǎng)聘資深職位科學(xué)家。2013年-2017年,任中科院國(guó)家蛋白質(zhì)科學(xué)中心質(zhì)譜系統(tǒng)主任,中心主任助理。2017年-2022年任北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療多組學(xué)研究中心創(chuàng)始主任。
長(zhǎng)期致力于質(zhì)譜新技術(shù)研發(fā)及蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)方法應(yīng)用,自主開(kāi)發(fā)了集“臨床蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、AI驅(qū)動(dòng)的多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)建模、生物標(biāo)志物發(fā)現(xiàn)、新藥靶點(diǎn)篩選”于一體的閉環(huán)創(chuàng)新藥物靶點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)體系。目前已有多條研發(fā)管線已進(jìn)入臨床轉(zhuǎn)化階段,并獲得多項(xiàng)專利授權(quán)。在國(guó)際頂尖期刊上發(fā)表論文100余篇,總引超過(guò)8000次,H-index為49。2014年入選中科院“引進(jìn)杰出技術(shù)人才計(jì)劃”,2020年負(fù)責(zé)的研究項(xiàng)目入選“中國(guó)生命科學(xué)十大進(jìn)展”和中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院“重要醫(yī)學(xué)進(jìn)展”。
