個人簡介

孫永匯,研究員,博士生導師。2012年獲得山東大學藥學專業學士學位,2018年獲得清華大學生物學專業博士學位。從事新型臨床難成藥/耐藥靶點降解劑(PROTACs)開發及分子膠新技術研究。獲得國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目、北京市科技新星計劃項目、清華大學“水木學者”計劃資助。
     院校引進人才,2022年加入院校,曾在哈佛大學醫學院、清華大學藥學院開展研究工作,從事新型耐藥蛋白降解機制探索和新型PROTAC/分子膠雙機制蛋白降解劑研究。


主要研究內容

長期從事新型靶向嚴重疾病相關蛋白降解PROTAC及分子膠新技術研究。開發了靶向臨床耐藥突變型BTKC481S蛋白降解劑,克服了臨床一線藥物ibrutinib的耐藥性和毒副作用;設計并獲得了靶向MELK蛋白降解劑及新型PROTAC/分子膠雙機制降解劑;開發了可見光控分子膠降解劑,顯著提高了癌癥治療效率并降低了傳統治療方案的毒性。主持2項國家級和省部級科研項目,在Cell Research、Leukemia、Chemical Science等雜志發表論文20余篇。主編英文PROTAC專著1部。授權抗腫瘤PROTAC專利2項。
