個人簡介

張園園,研究員,課題組長,博士生導師。2015年獲得哈爾濱醫科大學生物信息學專業理學學士學位;2015-2020年在北京大學深造,獲得理學博士學位,師從國際著名生物信息學家、中國科學院院士張澤民教授,專攻腫瘤免疫微環境研究。
     院校引進人才,于2024年1月加入中國醫學科學院腫瘤醫院。2020-2023年先后在北京大學、美國麻省理工學院-哈佛大學博德研究所(Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard)和哈佛醫學院/丹娜-法伯癌癥研究所(Dana-Farber Cancer Institute)(雙聘)、德克薩斯大學MD安德森癌癥研究中心(MD Anderson Cancer Center)進行博士后研究工作。


主要研究內容

從事單細胞功能與組學技術應用研究,在腫瘤免疫微環境解析及免疫治療機制研究領域積累了豐富經驗。開發和應用前沿生物信息學技術,深入研究腫瘤免疫微環境及免疫治療機制,關注細胞和分子異質性、表型可塑性、演化動力學,以及在腫瘤發生、進展、轉移、和耐藥等過程中癌細胞與腫瘤微環境的相互作用。
