個人簡介

魯向鋒,1977年生,籍貫山西,現任國家心血管病中心/中國醫學科學院阜外醫院流行病研究部主任、北京協和醫學院博士生導師、科技部國家級重大人才項目入選者。主要從事心血管疾病等慢性病流行病學、遺傳學和精準防治研究。在European Heart Journal、Nature Genetics、Am J Resp Crit Care Med、Science Bulletin等權威期刊發表100余篇SCI論文,獲10項發明專利授權,成果寫入國際經典教科書《Braunwald's Heart Disease》等10部中英專著,形成指南規范和指導防治實踐工具,完成2000萬元成果轉化。


主要研究內容

開展全國多中心隊列人群隨訪研究和基因組等多組學研究,從宏觀流病到分子水平揭示遺傳和環境因素作用譜,創建國人基于環境和遺傳因素的心血管疾病預測模型,形成個體化風險評估和分層技術及精準干預方案,指導精準防治。
