個人簡介

張金蘭,1969年生,籍貫內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特,藥物分析學(xué)家,藥物研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。1987年考入北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥學(xué)專業(yè),1992年獲得學(xué)士學(xué)位。1992年在中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥物分析專業(yè)攻讀碩士學(xué)位,從事中藥成分分離和分析研究。1999年在中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)藥物分析專業(yè)攻讀博士學(xué)位,從事中草藥代謝產(chǎn)物分析研究。2002年進(jìn)入北京大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)部進(jìn)行博士后研究工作,主要研究中草藥成分分析和體內(nèi)代謝研究。 1998年升為助理研究員。2000年破格升為副研究員,2007年聘任為研究員。


主要研究內(nèi)容

聚焦藥物分析新技術(shù)及方法研究與應(yīng)用。構(gòu)建基于色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用和多維數(shù)據(jù)分析的藥物分析關(guān)鍵技術(shù)平臺,重點(diǎn)解決藥物關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量屬性和體內(nèi)分析技術(shù)瓶頸,支撐藥物質(zhì)量分析、藥代動力學(xué)研究和藥效評價。
